A bipartisan health-care plan?

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell struck a conciliatory note as he returned home to Kentucky, fresh from his failed attempt to replace the Affordable Care Act with legislation that would have taken health-care coverage from millions of Americans.

Trump may spike insurance premiums

While congressional efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act are on hold, President Donald Trump’s administration is still debating whether to cut off payments to insurance companies that have kept premiums affordable for millions of Americans who buy coverage through the individual marketplace.

Mr. Cassidy goes to Washington

By most accounts, the GOP’s efforts to replace the Affordable Care Act with something that covers far fewer people is dead, at least for the moment. But someone forgot to tell Louisiana Sen. Bill Cassidy, who flew back to the nation’s capital on Monday for a White House meeting with beleaguered President Donald Trump.
